What Causes Bump In The Head Of The Penis?

Over the last couple of months, I have noticed a small bump on the head of my penis. It is approximately 2 mm in length and is raised about 1 mm high. It is flesh colored and does not itch, hurt, and I do not really feel it at all. It has not gotten any bigger, but also has not gone away. From what I was reading, it may be lichen nitidus. Any idea of what it may be?
