What Causes Bump In Vaginal Area?

I shave my vaginal area normally. Recently, I noticed like a pimple like bump, but not near my labia or my opening, right at the corner area of my right bikini line. Since Im always picking at something, I squeezed it. A little discharge came out followed by a little blood, but it isnt bleeding. The same exact thing happened as If someone were to squeeze a pimple. Could that have been an ingrown hair or what???
