What Causes Bump Near The Anus?

Recently I noticed some type of "bump" I guess, on the inside of my right buttock, it's located closer to the inside of the anus area. I dont have any problems with hygiene i'm sure of that. I don't know what it could possibly be, and at the moment i'm not sure about going to see a doctor if it's nothing serious.
