What Causes Bump Near Vaginal Opening During Pregnancy?

Hello, I'm 5'3" and weigh about 138 and am at the age of 19. I have a small like bump on the opening part of my vagina, but its not painful. I'm pregnant and not sure how far along yet and was wondering if this is serious? I also can't get to a doctor anytime soon.
