What Causes Bump On Right Areola?

I just noticed a bump on my right areloa and i scratched it this morning. No puss came out but there was a tiny bit of blood. I've read about Montgomery Glands but I'm not sure if this is a Mont. Gland. I'm not pregnant (it would be impossible). I'm 23. Otherwise healthy, but have been under a lot of stress lately and some weight loss. I'm 5 ft. 4.5 inches, and weight 115 lbs.
