What Causes Bump On The Inside Of Nose?

I have a bump on the inside of my nose and it creates a scab just about everyday and I pick at it because I think it s a booger stuck to the piercing I have in my nose. I don t know what it is and I feel like it might be calcium build up but it doesn t hurt.
