What Causes Bump On The Vagina Causing Pain During Urination?

okay so ive had a single bump on my outer vagina for a month now and its not going away. I havent had any pain urinating, bleeding while peeing. when i squeeze it nothing comes out. its not in a cluster either. i do wax (and shave) so i'm hoping its just a stubborn ingrown??? should i be worried?
