What Causes Bumps All Over The Body?

I'm not sure if this is poison ivy but I developed a really bad rash yesterday morning! They are about a dime size big accompanied with redness and I have a total of about 14 of these bumps on my body including on my left rib cage, lower stomach, bikini line, and two on my thighs! Is this poison ivy, a bad rash, or some sort of insect bites?
