What Causes Bumps Along Veins On Penis Shaft?

bumps not visible inside penis , several, some bigger than others along the veins in the inside shaft closer toward the head. Does not hurt,no color and cant be seen. Have noticed them about now 6 months. do go to pee with urgent need sometimes.
What could it be ?
