What Causes Bumps And Dents In Middle Of Forehead?

i woke up this morning to find bumps and dents in the middle of my forehead.. the bumps has faded out but the dents are still there and very prominent.. i haven't had a fall or injured my head in any way. what can be the cause of this..is it something serious i should see the doctor for?
