What Causes Bumps And Irritation In The Throat?

i notied my thraot was irritated the last few days - like i had hair stuck in the back of my throat, and then this morning i woke up to fund bumps on the far back of my tongue..should i be worried? what do i have to do to make it go away? could it be from the anitbiotics that i am taking?
