What Causes Bumps And Itching On The Face?

My face has been itching so badly for about three weeks now. Sometimes it is more severe that. I am taking Telfast that it does not stop the itching. face is filled with fine bumps and lips burning and have become very dark. what may be wrong? age 39 email YYYY@YYYY
