What Causes Bumps Around Penis Shaft After Having Oral And Vaginal Sex?

Hi, recently i have noticed a bunch of bumps with scabs on top around the shaft of my penis. I went to a hotel a few days ago with my girlfriend and we had oral and vaginal sex. The ac was on and she was a bit dry and i felt a slight burning when having intercourse, also slight paint during oral at one spot. now i have all these bumps that are painful and my lymph nodes feel very tender. what could it be?
