What Causes Bumps At The Base Of The Penis And In Scrotal Area?

Sorry for the brief message doc. Had sex with this female for 1st time and noticed a week or so later that testicles were irritated and then peeled scale like skin.. month later seems hair folicals at base of penis and testical turn to ingrown hair and also strange odor( best described). Today bought anti fungal, do u think I'm heading in right direction or is there something here that leads u to another assumption? Any info u have to offer would be appreciated. Thanks
