What Causes Bumps At The Beginning Of The Vaginal Hair?

I have had these mole like bumps on the beginning of my vaginal hairs for over a month and i start picking at them beacause they were itchy but i haven't had sex in months...but i would like to know could this be from a old yeast infection or something major
