What Causes Bumps In Area Between Vagina And Anus?

I have these tiny hard bumps on both sides where my thighs come together with my vagina and the bumps lead to my anus. I am sexually active. The bumps are not painful or very noticeable, just annoying and will not go away. I have had them for about 3 weeks now. If you have any idea what they are please tell me.
