What Causes Bumps In The Mon Pubis?

I have what I thought at first was razor burn or ingrown hairs on my mons pubis but after a few days I had a few more and hadn't shaved again not wanting to irritate it more. They seem more like really tiny pimples, not clumped or anything. They don't itch and none actually even come close to the lips of my vagina (and while I know it's possible to still contract something, I've only been sexually active with one person..and the same person for the past 5 years) but I just wanted to make sure it wasn't an STD or if I should go get testing. The best I can tell it looks like little pimples maybe? Thanks
