What Causes Bumps Inside The Vagina?

Hi, I am 19 years of age and I am also 26 weeks pregnant. I've noticed in the past three to four months small bumps on the inside of my vagina lips. Also under my anus. What might this be? They've only ever appeared since I've been pregnant. I'm afraid to tell anyone for fear it might be something worse than I think. Thank you!
