What Causes Bumps Near Vagina Filled With Pus?

Well I have bump/bumps down there its not actually on my vagina. I actually have one right now and doesn't hurt that much, it doesn't really effect my day, but I know its there, They start under the skin and then sometimes they are pus filled/blood and come above the skin. When they burst they leave scars.
