What Causes Bumps On Breast While On Birth Control Pills?

My daughter is 17 and has several raised bumps around both of her mipples. She started birth control about 7 months ago. She says that she does not use any lotions or creams during sexual activity. Can you tell me a little bit about this. I have read about montgomery glands, but I am still not clear if this is normal or should I go ahead and take her to see our family physician.
