What Causes Bumps On Chest And Itching On Body?

I am 47 years of age, 5'5'' and 72 kgs. I have pimple like boil on thigh a few days a ago, but is gone. I have small other similar pimple like bumps on my chest and also sometimes I feel all body hitching and and wanting to scratch. What would it be?.
