What Causes Bumps On Foreskin And Penile Head While On HPV Treatment?

Hello, I have been treated for HPV before. Though no real test had been done to see if that s what it was. I treated myself with podoxophil some time ago. Everything has been fine. Recently I had been profusely sweating and didn t get a chance to clean up under my foreskin. When I checked myself last night I had probably 100-200 tiny tiny bumps on the inner foreskin and head of the penis. Thinking it HPV, I treated it with the podoxphil I still have from months ago. It says only to apply to the warts, but being as its everywhere that would be impossible. One treatment/application was enough to allow me to wash away all of the tiny bumps.... Is it possible with how fast I get all the bumps and how easy they are to get rid of, that it isn t HPV caused?
