What Causes Bumps On Foreskin Of Penis?

hey, im a 14 year old male, had sex once, we were both virgins, im 105 lbs, 5 4, and ive known him for a very long time. we are both clean of stds including hiv and i have two, spherical bumps right under the foreskin of my penis, there probly the size of a pen head, and i squeezed them, and blood came out, then theyve stayed the same for months, but now the edge of my foreskin is rough. any possible clues about waht it is?
