What Causes Bumps On Hands While Having Osteoarthritis And Fibromyalgia?

hi for awhile now I been getting these small fester bumps on my hands they don t itch but when popped when water or anything wet is on my hands it stings. I have had fibermyalia and osteoarthritis for years now so I was wondering what it might be and if I should talk to my doctor about it.
