What Causes Bumps On Hands,thighs And Abdomen?

Sir, I'm 30 years old and I had small lumps in the area of my hands, thighs and on abdomen. The lumps in the hands are nearly 8 yrs old and in some areas of my body i'm observing the lumps recently.. i'm worried a lot .. which specialist doctor should I consult and is there remedy for this.
