What Causes Bumps On Inner Thigh And Private Area?

Hi, I am a 26 year old female whose been noticing some weird bumps on the inner thigh right on my private area. They come and goes, does not hurt but sometimes iritate when wear tight underwear. Can you please inform me of what type of doctor I should see for that please and what you think they might be.Thank you
