What Causes Bumps On Lower Buttocks?

I have 2 bumps on my lower left butt cheek. They are about an inch apart in width from each other. They were small flesh colored then over a period of about 4 to 5 months they became bigger and red at times when I felt them then today they started bleeding like they ruptured. What could this be?
