What Causes Bumps On Mouth/tongue/gums While Having Pharyngitis?

Hello I'm 22 5'2 and 140 I just went to the doctors and got diagnosed with pharyngitis. After I got home I noticed a lot of little bumps all over my mouth, they're under my tongue on the tip and side of my tongue on my gums, on the inside of my lips and on the lining of my inside lips please tell me what they can be plus it hurts to eat with them and they have a red halo can they be from antibiotics or herpes or from the pharyngitis please help me
