What Causes Bumps On My Body After Applying Permethrin And Ivermectin?

Hi. I have an on-going, non-itchy, "bug bite" type skin issue that has currently been treated as bacterial, fungal & scabies, all to no avail. I've finished 2 rounds of Permethrin & 1 of iverectin. New bumps continue to apper. They started on my hip & under my arm. Now they're everywhere, but worse on my forearms, behind my knees & on my hips/outer buttock region. HELP!!
