What Causes Bumps On Neck,jawline And Chest After Taking Ginet 84?

Hi, I've been taking Ginet 84 for six weeks and my skin has broken out into large angry, red, painful looking pimples concentrated along my jawline and neck and several raised bumps on my chest. Is this likely to improve? Is this normal and how long should I perservere with such bad skin? I thought this pilll was supposed to treat acne as opposed to inflaming my skin further. Oddly enough my skin has improved slightly when I have my period.
