What Causes Bumps On Penis And Muscle Soreness?

i had a bump on my penis i had lasions i went to my doctor and he said that was syphilis lasion then i was tested and i did not have anything and he did an oral examnitaion and it was not herpes,i had a urinary track infection,but i still have mild musle soreness. could i have anything else?
