What Causes Bumps On Penis?

hello im a 14 year old boy iv been masterbating for maybe a year and a half.. i havent had sex before but iv goten these things that look like pimples near the pupic part of my pinis i wanted to know if this is normal iv maybe had 3-4 of these in the past 2-3 months im shy to tell anyone. help me
