What Causes Bumps On The Back After Contact With Dog?

My dog was recently diagnosed with mange. He had slept in my bed about 3 weeks ago and I am now breaking out in what looks like pimples on my back. I am concerned that I now have gotten the mange from the dog. Is this possible and what should I do to treat it? The bumps have been on my back for a couple weeks now and are not clearing up.
