What Causes Bumps On The Circumcised Scar Causing Irritation To The Shaft Of Penis?

Hi I had a circumcision 5 weeks ago. Im a 33 year old. All the stitches have seemingly disolved but I have a few bumps which are causing irritation. The bumps are rubbing against the healed shaft making it red and sore. Can I upload pictures? I wonder if the bumps are remaining stitch knots under the healed skin.
