What Causes Bumps On The Foot Of A Kid?

My toddler has four small bumps on the inside of her foot. It looks like a square. They are hard bumps but don't appear to hurt her or cause any discomfort. Any suggestions on what could have caused this? They started out as one boom and looked like a blister, but has since changed.
