What Causes Bumps On The Legs , Knees And Arms?

i have bumps that seem to be affecting my hair they started on my legs and are now on my knees, arms and buttocks. the hair in these bumps is growing in a circle just under the skin, there is no puss,blood,itch or anything like that just unsightly. plz help
