What Causes Bumps On Tongue?

ok well i have bumps on the back of myTongue and they dnt hurt but they are make my Tongue hurt a little but i thing i knw it is circumvallate papillae but really dnt knw and i want to know wht should i do about it or is there anything i can do about it. or will my Tongue to go back to normal. please help me i am very worryed
