What Causes Bumps On Vagina That Ooze Pus And Blood When Popped?

Please type your query here...hey, i've been getting these skin colored bumps on vagina and i want to know what it is. when i pop them, pus comes out followed by blood. It's kind of embarrassing and i'm afraid to go to the doctor about it. Please help.
