What Causes Bumps On Vaginal Area And Discomfort Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?

I had a fall on a bicycle bar 10 yrs ago( straddle injury), now I m 22 yrs. When this happened, there was only scanty bleeding but my geinitals, especially my left labia became swollen, and I hadn t seek medical advice at that time. Since them, my left labia minor is deformed and swollen, I have also notice a few lumps on the left side of the entrance of my vagina( not on the vulva itself). I also experience discomfort while sitting, and white to yellow vaginal discharge with foul odour. The discharge usually comes just after urination or defaecation and it seems that it damages my panties. Sometimes I also feel like air bubbles coming out of my vagina. Im not sexually active.Could you tell me please what could cause all these and suggest me a treatment. I m desperate. Thank you
