What Causes Bumps Under Skin In Vagina, Buttocks And Ear?

I just had a baby a few weeks ago. Now I have some pretty big bumps that are under the skin that have popped up in several areas (vagina, butt crack, back of ear, under arm pit.) If I touch them it seems like my skin rolls around them if that makes sense. The ones on my ear and arm out have now went away. What could this be?
