What Causes Bumps With White Heads On The Upper Back?

                                                       Hello I woke up the other day with a rash on my upper back of a bunch of pimple like bumps that resembles medium sized whiteheads and is a little itchy but more tingly. I believe it is spreading to my face. I spent the week hiking and on beaches and heavily wooded areas around Dayton Florida.
