What Causes Burn Like Marks On Body That Scar On Healing?

there are burn like marks all over my right arm and hand, in between my thighs, underneath both of my breasts, and up the spine of my back.. they don't itch or burn, they just appear and rarely heal and when they do I have bad dark scars.. what's going on with me?
