What Causes Burning And Itching In Vagina While Urinating?

My vagina itches really bad and burns when i pee. discharge is normal. i have little white lumps that are removeable around the vagina and have a few red spots on the area of skin about the clitorus (where ive shaved i think) i dont think its very serious its just the itching bothers me. what can i do?
