What Causes Burning And Itching On Inner Thigh?

i am 25 years old female. I got married 3 months before. i am having burning and itching around vagina that is on the "lips" of my organ. I am also having rashes and burning in inner thighs.... i used to clean every time after urination.... it lasts for about five days.. please give remedy for this.i want to know whether it s due to fungus or any other problem....
