What Causes Burning And Pressure Feeling In Testicles And Near Anus?

I am having burning and a pressure feeling in my testicles as well as in the area between my testicles and anus. I have a small non surgical umbilical hernia. Could these two things be related? I have had an ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests, all which show nothing out of the ordinary.
