What Causes Burning And Stinging Sensation On Nose Tip?

I have burning and stinging in and on the tip of my nose. I also have reoccurring pain and spots on my face and back. I had Shingles on my optic nerve over five years ago. I am having tingling and severe itch g that breaks out in spots that sting and burn. Because this condition. is all over my face, red and blotchy my doctor didn t think it was shingles. Could this be an outbreak. They had me on medication for Sinus infection and anxiety. It feels like my nerve is going to break through the tip of my nose and my back burns. I have had severe migraines and facial pain for weeks. Can you help me?
