What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation In Chest?

Hi I m a 47 yr old female, I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in my chest left side which also feels like an itch under the skin this happens quite frequently through the day, I have also been getting like a butterfly sensation in my chest which feels like a missing heart beat should I be concerned
