What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation Under The Skin Of Fingers/ribs/feet?

I have a burning and tingling sensation under my skin.It is mainly experienced in the head,fingers,ribs and feet.I visited a doctor who sent me for syphilis and diabete test which were all negative.He prescribed for me vitamin B complex tablets of which i finished the dose but still no change.What could be the problem doctor? Am fed up of all situation.Please help.
