What Causes Burning Around Urethra And Anus After Recovering From Yeast Infection?

IGot antibiotics for strep throat and got what I thought was my usual yeast infection that comes with it normally. Finished the antibiotics and treated yeast infection. However I m still experiencing burning. The difference is its around my urethra and my anus not really vaginal. Also experiencing tenderness around the groin area.
