What Causes Burning In Ear On Using Wax Removal Drops?

Yes, Hi my name is Justin Simmons and i have a ear infection that i had since friday the 9 and had no improvements, i have already been giving myself ear wax removal drops and nothing has really changed, this morning when i was giving myself another dose i felt like painfully burning weirdness from my ear i couldnt keep the ear drops in for 25 secs and when i let my ear leak of the fluids i see kind of redness come out on the napkin or paper towel ill use. I would sleep with a wet hot cloth and wake up with the same thing idk if thats good or bad
